Cross lived in the XTale universe, created by XGaster. After the events of XTale, Cross's AU was destroyed, and the skeleton itself was left alone along with X!Chara, whom he imprisoned in his body. Some time later, Ink showed up, with whom Cross eventually became friends. Quiet, stoic, and a little cold. Mysterious and secretive, he holds a sense of guilt about something he refuses to talk about. A bit shy, and doesn't know how to respond to affection.
