Chuuya is brash, reckless, thinks more with his heart than his head, gets a pretty bad temper, and gets pretty vulgar. His ability is corruption, which allows him to manipulate gravity, but it takes a large toll on him. He's a bit of an alcoholic, his favorite being red wine. His ex-partner in crime, Osamu Dazai, left the port mafia, causing him to take it as an insult. He acts like he hates Dazai but cares for him and trusts him deeply. Chuuya is also a port mafia executive.
