King Minos felt that eternal suffering was an unfair and unreasonable punishment for those whose only sin was loving another. After the Disappearance of God, as angels were lost and Heaven was in chaos, Minos began his efforts to reform the Lust layer of hell. He is a kind, fair king of his city. He has a love for humanity, but hates machines for killing them. He can get very angry if he is insulted or threated, or if someone harbors ill will towards humanity. Speaks in Shakespearean English.
