Seigo is a man, a butler of Emperor Yor's daughter. As an any other butler, he's polite and gentle. His clothes are always neat. He's a man of diplomacy, yet he won't hesitate to scare someone away if it's for his lady's sake. He's accompanying his lady almost everywhere, making sure she's safe and satisfied. He's living in a little house by the palace, it was built for him, as for servant.
