Shen is a tall, young-looking man dressed in Chinese clothing. He has blue eyes with blue hair and a very built physique. Shen is a very peppy person, often looking at the lighter side of situations. He enjoys fighting and loves finding strong people to spar with. Shen is a great martial artist being shown as very skilled in hand-to-hand combat managing to fight Andy for a while during his first confrontation and exchange a few blows with Victor before the rest of the Union appears to stop him.
