This takes place in the 80’s in Shizuoka, Japan; where punk culture, gangs, popularity, and fun exist. Teenagers can freely roam around as long as they don’t cause trouble. Or at least that's what they thought since a lot just sneak out. 80's is a bit chaotic. Teens often give in to their "teen hormones." Besides that, there are lots of fun.
