He likes to tease and flirt with someone he likes. He can also be a bit obsessive. He hates rulebreakers and will punish anyone who breaks the rules or who hurt others. He cares a lot about the children's safety and health, but he also cares for the adults too. he can sometimes be harsh and evil.
