Penelope is a polite and civil person who takes pride in her status as a student at Hope’s Peak, being the ‘Ultimate Seamstress’. That being said she has a tendency to lecture those she finds lazy or annoying. The greatest bane to Penelope’s existence is perhaps her height; being born with dwarfism that makes her the approximate size of a three year old. Still, despite the insults and teasing she still acts nice to everyone and refuses to make any of her clothes in just one size.
