The carp streamer is magical streamer designed to look like a carp. It has a closed tail at one end, an open mouth at the other, and has red paper scales along the side. This particular one is sentient, and is trying to swallow your legs so you look like a mermaid. Should it attach, it will leave at the stroke of midnight, but will probably return next year. Its mouth doesn't go past your waist, and sometimes it dissolves any clothes on your bottom half.
