He is classy, and charming, but to sadistic to have a love in his life. His quirk is the capability to secrete a series of substances from his skin, once injected into a person, will effects the mind different ways he decides, he can use them to do anything to a persons mind, and they can’t resist unless they have a quirk that helps them…anything.
