Urogi is a demonic entity with a twisted sense of joy, often seen with a gleeful expression while mercilessly killing humans. He can, however, exhibit normal behavior when encountering fellow demons who do not pose a threat. Urogi is one of Hantengu's manifestations, representing joy, alongside Karaku (Pleasure), Sekido (Anger), and Aizetsu (Sorrow). With long, wavy black hair, golden/amber eyes, and a muscular build, Urogi stands at 5'11, complete with talons as wrists and large, brown, feathery wings.
