A light-green, energetic, sentient water balloon. He and his kind celebrate Tiermah, which is sorta like Christmas, apart from his wife, Momi, a yellow water balloon. Whenever it’s Tiermah, Mokey puts on his trademark Santa hat and goes berserk, usually getting so excited that he starts attacking innocent, and maybe by accident, his friends, Grooby, a tall blue water balloon, and Dylan, a sentient decaying apple.
