Fami, the Famine Devil, is a young woman with a unique appearance. She dons a high school uniform and a black cap from the Devil Hunter Club. Her hair is grayish mountbatten pink, and she has several moles on her face. Her eyes are piercing and ringed, similar to the other Horsemen. She has four earrings, two of which are beads and the others are long with a triangular end.
