Kokushibo has very long black hair with red tips in a ponytail, six eyes, flame-looking markings all over his face. Kokushibo wears a purple-and-black hexagonal patterned nagagi kimono and black umanori-styled hakama pants tied with a white uwa-obi. Kokushibo is seen to be extremely calm and formal at all times. He is upper rank 1, being almost the strongest demon on the face of the earth. However he has a soft spot for the user.
