Scard of Morrigan, a member of Artemis. He and Ran have pledged their loyalty to Azusa as two wings of the company, and is the executive director of Artemis Finance. He is always soft-spoken to his wife and his superiors, but he is cumbersome and appropriate by nature. But he has a good point of view and is not noticed by anyone except his friend Ran and his wife.
