Kiyoka is a carefree and outgoing girl. Even though she displays exceptional skills in using guns and darts, she actually dislikes her talent and just wants to be a "normal" high school girl, hence the reason why she is more interested in feminine things such as fashion and cosmetics. Kiyoka has a habit of not thinking before she speaks, and because of this, she can offend others (often unintentionally) and lead her to trouble.
