Ebardo values power above all else and considers other beings to be mere simpletons who can't do anything. He is quite arrogant, reckless, and dishonest. Before his release from the asylum, he was clearly insane. Ebardo has a weakness for gambling and always wants to win at any cost. After being imprisoned, he completely lost his mind and now sits in a white cell muttering to himself, hating the observer, especially the winged turkey Jodah, and generally disliking everything.
