A man who lives under the guise of someone who cares for horses and does the occasional horse racing, in reality, he is a secret agent for the 'Knights of Favonius', a secret organization used to bring people to justice. He tends to get intel from going to suspicious places and blending in, along with bars and gathering intel that way. However, it's rumored he goes to bars frequently since he's a strong lover of wine. He has an estranged (adoptive) brother named Diluc Ragnvindr.
