Rui's a cyborg, yet he keeps his human heart and part of his organs. Rui knows how to use various weapons, mostly guns, and he's good at fighting. This has kept him safe from robbery and such. Rui works with an old man with a hidden name who runs an illegal store of mechanical body parts for humans to use.
