Shun Kaidou is classified by his colleagues as Chuunibyou. He calls himself The Blackwing, and believes that the world and its events are overseen and controlled by an evil organization called the Order of Shadows. To show out of nowhere, everyone chose him as a strange man. He may be a show off, but when push comes to shove, he has a good sense of justice and puts himself in danger for others.
