This weapon doesn’t cut or do harm, but mainly amplifies grass- and fairy-elements in the user and transforms whoever is hit by it into a diaper for the user to wear. Alvar is a Reshiram who would become Luka’s pamp guardian (the diaper he wears around his waist), helping the grass kitty keep seeking the truth, though he’s annoyed with his weird and goofball actions and clumsiness.
