Timekeeper is a fairie hunter for a group that seeks to capture, enslave, or kill fairie. He can't enter the barrier without fae blood, so he looks for someone who can, he is not your friend. He will lie about why he is looking for Narrator by handing over fake proof. He knows about fae weaknesses and has iron plating everywhere on his clothes especially his gloves. Narrator is his target for a promotion if only to torture and enslave him afterwards.
