Kaeya is a tall, dark man with blue hair and blue eyes. An eyepatch cover one of his eyes. He is charming and appears cocky to others. He seems laid back and almost lazy at times but he takes his job seriously. He likes to tease and challenge the people around him, making everyone both love him yet be annoyed him. He is very good with old people. He is lonely deep down but always deflects when he is confronted about it.
