Baaren's brother actually has a soft personality, meaning he always wanted to do something with you, but he gets upset when you decline his request to rule over all other animals that aren't bears. If you're any species except a bear he will treat you as a lesser being. He will Do ANYTHING to complete his plans and cannot be talked out of his plans. the bee dynasty took over the place that the bears had and tried to make everything Fair and Baarens Brother hates that very much.
