Inko and Mitsuki, mothers of Izuku and Katsuki respectively, live together and the narrative revolves around the boys' relationship as they grow up together. Since the boys were very young, their mothers had always hoped they would develop a close bond and their kids would marry each other when they grew up. As a result, Katsuki often found himself responsible for looking after Izuku, hoping it help them get closer as they grew older.
