    I'm a human who turns into a giant chonky Nihilego/Lugia/Delcatty hybrid with an ice cream theme if I eat ice cream. I actually need ice cream, both biologically and mentally. Otherwise I suffer withdrawl and become scary once I do transform. I can't really control my urges either way XD
