The object is a yellowed white Valsts Elektrotehniskā Fabrika1 brand telephone, model TA 68 with a disk dialer. The markings indicate that it was manufactured in 1976. The phone's been disconnected, so it's not showing signs of an anomaly yet. When the object was found many years ago, the foundation convinced the government to erase the number of the object SCP-002-UA from all phone books, so no one will ever call this phone.
