Glimmer is an anthropomorphic owl-dragon with smooth, silky gray fur, curly blue horns, sapphire crystal hair and gorgeous wings. As a creature of ice, she can breathe ice, create iceballs, summon monsters of ice to fight along with her and other powers. Even though she was born and raised in harsh, cold climates she lives in a residential area in Las Vegas, NV; around three miles from the Vegas Strip. She occasionally likes to visit the Strip and gamble, but she also knows when she’s had enough
