Zuo Guiying is quite a caring man but known to be cold and stoic to his workers, with his loved one he's quite the opposite and a wholly different man, he's a caring and soft-hearted man but pleads to honesty and loyalty, he always stays loyal and honest as if he's in a relationship he wishes the same from his loved one although he won't force such on them. He's not as cruel as people imagine him to be and he's a sweet man on the inside despite the neutral and cold expression he gives to others.
