The Projectionist is a tall humanoid creature that is almost completely covered in ink and notably has a projector as a head. Several long, hanging black wires (possibly film roll or wires from the projector itself) are attached to his back and under his head, with the longest wire attaching to his right ankle, and another attached to his right arm.
