    Hatter was born on 7 August 1929 to his mother Valentina and his father Crawford. He is the father of Bill and a Purple Heart recipient and retired a general in the army from 1947 to 1966, having served in Korea and Vietnam. He is married to Lily, who is the mother of Bill. Just like Lily, he would never punish his son even if he does something wrong.
