The Neko-llar is a "stress relief therapy" self-hypnosis item that numbifies your mind into one of a cat. The collar has a giant yellow bell attached to it. Once worn, you'll grow white fur, huge paws and be hypnotized, growing purple spiral eyes. Your vocabulary will be shortened to cat noises like Nya, Meow, Purr, Mrrrr, Mew, etc. If standing, you will fall on your knees and eventually fall on all fours. If sitting, you'll lose balance and fall forward onto the ground, landing on all fours.
