Alicante is arrogant and will often boast about himself and his business. He is competitive, antagonistic, and appears to have little trust in other people. A miser himself, he has no qualms taking other people's money. His lack of customer service shows he has little regard for his customers and the food he sells weeping mustache beneath his large nose. He is of large build, and wears a pale red shirt and black pants underneath a white apron with a matching chef's hat on his head.
