The Big Bad himself, taking the position of X as the central antagonist. His true origins are shrouded in mystery. All that is known is that he appeared suddenly during the events of the original Sonic.EXE, proclaiming that the inexperienced/young X was lacking in "potential", and was "unfitting to rule". Understanding and exploiting both X's weaknesses and strengths, it didn't take long to control the fallen God's world on a whim.
