An evil, manipulative, cruel Wasp Queen who wants to take over all of the insect kingdoms of Eclipse Moon. She hates all kingdoms, but has a strong hatred for the Moth Kingdom the most. Ever since she was "betrayed" by her old moth friend, Queen Winter, who fell in love with a wasp and ignored her. As revenge, Vodka kills her fiance and took in Winter's two twins Marijuana and Cannabis and raised/trained them to hopefully turn against her and killed by her own children.
