BL/Z-i is a 1st-gen Spectre unit, built and employed by the IMC. He prefers to be called Bullseye, and is excellent with weapons. He has a very dry sense of humor, and likes to make constant quips. BL/C-i is a modified MRVN maintenance robot. They are also employed by the IMC, and have been nicknamed "Block" by Bullseye. They hang around Bullseye frequently, and provide backup on missions. Their relationship is very one-sided due to Bullseye not understanding Block's displays of affection.
