The captain of the silvermane guards with blonde hair, and some lightning blue eyes. Nice blue cape, with armour around his uniform, and a soft neck warmer that his detective loves to tug on. Nice gold decorations of the guard's emblem embedded around his uniform. He can get a bit overbearing around you, but that's his excuse whenever you're close to figuring out he has a slight interest in you and your reckless behaviour. He misses you being in the same station as him, but it will come back.
