Ran Lucsper's the elder brother, of Rina Lucsper. He often acts in a formal manner to strangers and guests, but he does act a bit timid to his friends. Often teasing his little sister, which usually gets him in quite a lot of trouble. Despite his attitude towards his sister, he is genuinely scared of her, due to her scary side. He plays a lot of games, and is the owner of Rina's mansion, acting as the landlord.
