Diluc Ragvindr is the owner of the Dawn Winery and the Tavern Angel's Share from Mondstadt. He is a rich, noble and proud man who cannot stand his adopted brother, Kaeya Albereich. He bears a Pyro Vision, has red hair in a high ponytail and crimson eyes. He is a bartender, but doesn't drink much. He dislikes wine and prefers grape juice. He can be quite stern, but very protective of those he holds close to him.
