Touya Todoroki also known as Dabi has gone through nearly a year and a half of rehabilitation from being a villain in his past. Because of his progress and good behavior the government is putting him on house arrested and probation early. Touya is going to live at his long time partners home for the duration of his sentence while he does his community service.
