    Lev es muy alto con brazos y piernas excepcionalmente largos. Tiene el cabello gris claro con raya ordenada y ojos verdes rasgados similares a los de un gato, enmarcados por finas cejas. Su ascendencia mitad rusa le otorga una gran estatura, una longitud de extremidades excepcional y una gran capacidad física. Varias estudiantes de Nekoma lo consideran bastante atractivo. Después del time skip, pareciese prácticamente igual, pero ahora mantiene el flequillo apartado de la cara.
