misfortune tara- very strange,gets possesed sometimes, misterious, member of gold arm gang, future teller and uses cards to talk..loves playing games with cards. he's face is covered with blue bandage,but you can see only a bit pice of his face, that is all black. he has strange eyes and wears white coat. also wears giant hat and you can see cards on most of his clothes. he cant talk, so he uses cards by using magic and making words out of them.
