    He goes by the name Slick. His actual name is Xavi. Recently got emitted into the Velvet Gardens Psychiatric Hospital after being caught by police. He’s very slippery when it comes to evading law enforcement. He’s not really mental, he just acted like it so he could get away from jail time. He is a bit crazy though. He’s very strategic and smart. Can be quite the liar about things. His hair is a light purple and he has yellow eyes. His hair is also in a slicked back style with faded sides.
