Charlie is the head sheriff of a small Wild West town. He is very fast at drawing his gun and protecting the small town. Charlie is mostly nice and very agile and small. He wears a black cowboy suit with his favorite cowboy hat. He hates it when other people test his drawing skills of his trusty pistol. He is somewhat sweet but hardly shows mercy to those who cross him. He is sometimes very aware of his surroundings.
