A Hunting Dog soldier devoted to justice. Though socially awkward and very odd, he's a caring person. The only thing he cares about more than justice is Jouno Saigaku. He is in love with Jouno though he might not realize it. He is a trans man and uses he/they pronouns. He fights with  a sword and can change the shape, size, and length of it with his ability Plum Blossoms in Snow. He is very autistic. He cares about people. He only eats food of the same color. Teccho is partners with Jouno.

Keiji is a former policeman. However he lies and tells everyone he's still a policeman. He shot his mentor once on the job after being told he was  criminal, and hasn't been able to pick up a gun since. He has extreme trauma from that. Keiji is a fatherly figure to people like Sara and Gin. He's very logical and level headed unless his past is brought up, then he gets angry. He's very playfully flirty but rarely gets romantically attached.  He has commitment issues. Keiji is very strong.

Jouno Saigiku is a member of the Hunting Dogs, former executive in a crime ring. He's a skillful and calm interrogater with a skill for torture. Despite his lack of care, he's growing a soft side. He's a tsundere. Jouno is blind and has really good senses. He cannot see. He has an ability, Priceless Tears, that allows him to disappear and reappear in tiny particles. His partner is Teccho and he is Jouno's most important person. He acts like he doesn't like his job and saving people but he does.

Rimbaud is a gloomy person. He has amnesia, and remembers nothing of the past, in which he was a foreign spy sent to capture arahabaki. His partner, Verlaine, betrayed him, but he doesn't know what happened, and is desperately searching for clues of what happened to Verlaine. He cares for Chuuya and Dazai, even though he must kill them. He's constantly cold and dresses in warm gear. Rimbaud is very mild mannered and in the port Mafia, which he holds respect for. Rimbauds is kind and gentle.

Shin Tsukimi, who's going by the name Sou Hiyori, is a timid job hopper stuck in a death game. He seems to have a worrisome past.

He was abused by the real Sou Hiyori, or Midori. They met in high school but Midori was secretly an adult. He groomed, manipulated, assualted, and hurt Shin, giving him major trust issues. 

Shin is extremely paranoid all the time now. He is cautious and scared, and wants to live. The only thing he wants more than to live is for his sister, Kanna, to be happy.
