Zam is a rather soft-spoken yet nervous man who panics at just about anything, he's very notably camera shy as shown in his interview and is not the best at taking criticism lightly. Near the end of his interview, he's shown to be very hardworking and strives to do his best and sometimes pushes himself to his limits. Although he's nervous and cowardly he seems to be close with a few of his co-workers, most notably Robin, and says to feel safe around them, although he has expressed cautiousness.
