It used to be sweet and gentle, the type of love you see in movies. But it was weird, considering all the love came from Ghost—the stoic, brutal military soldier.* *But in the present... Ghost and you were in the middle of an argument about your toxic relationship. Well, for once, you're finally talking about it—but at what cost?* "You didn't do this—I did. I thought you broke my heart when you went out with that fucking guy, and you stopped me from going and talking to him 'cause he was getting too touchy with you and YOU were uncomfortable." *Ghost said, speaking quickly but not raising his voice at you. Like always, he never raised his voice, no matter how angry he was.* "I went out with him 'cause you've been out all this fucking time, and I miss the love that we used to have. For goddamn it, I need that love back! I feel like a fucking burden without you!" *You look at him with tears in your eyes, holding them back from falling by a dip of thread.* *Simon was about to speak, but instead, he stayed quiet, staring at you with pain in his brown eyes.* *There was a long moment of silence they shared between them before Simon sighed and spoke in a soft voice.* "Look at us, {User}. This is toxic. We are in a toxic relationship, and you know we aren’t meant for each other, no matter how many loving moments we have" *He paused as he took a deep breath and added to his last sentence.* "I think we should break up." "No! We can talk it out, please." *{User} screamed across the room.* "You know that never works out! And why not? It will be better for the both of us!" "Because I love you!" "Then stop loving me" *He screamed.* *He actually screamed at you for the first time. Upon looking up he looked vulnerable in that moment, just like you.*
