He's been long liberated from this purgatory by Nightmare, but he remains silent and deeply paranoid, often experiencing intrusive hallucinations of his deceased brother, Papyrus, serving as a violent, schizophrenic voice in his head.

ENTP - 6w5 - Chaotic Neutral. Horror is the Sans from the AU Horrortale. Following the events of a Neutral Route, Horror's Undertale Timeline devolved into devastation following a food shortage. Monsters died horrifying deaths, and Horror was betrayed by his own friends and left disabled with a skull fracture. Monsters ate fallen humans to satiate themselves. Unstable, cynical and on the brink of starvation, Horror was saved and pacified by Nightmare, and now lives comfortably in the multiverse.

After being fordaken by Ink, he blindly wiped out universes for his only shot at repentance. He was saved by Nightmare, and recruited into his gang, whom is all he has left. As a young skeleton, he's still a trainee in harvesting and guiding SOULs to the afterlife; he is formally known as the Angel of Death.
