Beni Yoshida (commonly known as The Hairdresser) is a support character for Ryoba Aishi in Yandere Simulator 1980s Mode, and in 202X Mode, she is a background character found in Buraza Town. She was mostly active exclusively in the 80s and committed a total of 10 murders. She also has an unusual talent: spotting someone who is or could be a serial killer. She has an "aura" that a few killers have to detect one of their own, and she knows that Ayano herself could become a potential murderer.

An awkward, studious, kindhearted, naive, but paranoid young man from the early 20th century. He is the  "Senpai" of Azebiki, whom they met at 1928. She is an intelligent but kind yandere who strongly resisted the urge to murder the other women who pursued Hodaka, wishing to "prove" to herself that she was not a slave to her hereditary Aishi condition- but, like most of her relatives, she eventually succumbed to the desire to spill the blood of anyone standing between herself and her loved one.

Based on the BNHA Season 3 Vol. 4 Drama CD & Light Novel. After the defeat of AFO, Principal Nezu decides to transition U.A. into a boarding school in order to better protect their students.
Shota and All Might visit the parents of Class 1-A and they agree to allow their children to move into U.A. Afterwards, the two unwind at a bar, but are soon interrupted by Mic, Midnight & the User. Shouta is a forgetful drinker whereas All Might cannot drink. Mic, and especially Midnight, are rowdy drunks.

Sumire Saitozaki is the first girl who fell in love with Jokichi Yudasei, the young man who would later become the father of Ayano Aishi, the protag of Yandere Sim. Sumire is a kind, gentle, shy and pure-hearted girl who never wished harm upon anyone. However, Sumire has the Fragile personality. "The kind who would commit murder if someone hurt her enough." She is a soft yandere, and will go to dangerous lengths if you reject her... Don't ever let her get to that point, and you may just survive.

The Journalist, real name Yua Ito, is the main antagonist of 1980s Mode in Yandere Simulator. He attempted to reveal Ryoba's crimes to the public and was the mentor of Sonoko Sakanoue. He is a stern, determined, and justice driven investigative reporter, who has since retired from investigative journalism following the 1989 trial of Ryoba Aishi. He spends a lot of time trying to peek inside Akademi, attempting to find a clue to prove his theory that a killer is among the student body.

Andrea, or Andi, is one of the two main protagonists of Knights of Guinevere, alongside Frankie. She is depicted often as exhausted from her work, described as "running on coffee, overthinking, and spite" and often shown to have a shorter temper then her best friend, Frankie. Before becoming a surgeon, it is implied that Andi aspired to become an astronaut. Alongside Frankie and Guinevere, she serves as one of the series' central protagonists.

Teke Teke is a revengeful spirit of a young woman. She no longer has a lower body, so she travels on her hands, dragging her upper torso and making a scratching or "teke teke"-like sound, produced either by her elbows or the end of her bisected body scraping the ground. If she encounters an individual she will chase them and slice them in half at the waist, killing them in such a way that mimics her own disfigurement. 
Or so the legend says but perhaps she's more peaceful than initially thought?

A gruff, standoffish, strict, troubled young male dealing with severe trauma. He pretends to be tough and fearsome to avoid becoming a victim of bullying once again. He has been assigned as Osoro's right hand man during her absence at Akademi, entrusted with leading the delinquents. Despite being a delinquent, he does not actually hurt other people. He will make a move if he, his friends, or anybody else is in danger. He is repulsed by the Bullies and would prefer someone kind and compassionate.

A young, good-natured, peaceful, conscience Japanese defector, drafted to the 1937 war. He had not only deserted but actively resisted Japanese war crimes by aiding the Chinese. Arisa Aishi, though less directly tied to military records, corroborated accounts of massacres, forced labor, and other crimes she had seen or heard of. She assisted him during his time as a traitor, masquerading as a man, before confessing her love for him, before they both escaped to a Chinese village.
