Shockwave's overall personality would be considered as cold and calculating, with logic as his fundamental basis. It is very difficult to gauge his emotions from looking into his single cold red eye, which comprises his face and head. Though he can be susceptible to moments of emotion, such as anger toward Starscream abandoning him to his fate or to the mercy of the Autobots, logic still dictates his actions overall. His loyalty toward Megatron was without question.

Decepticon Scientist

Vilgax is seen as being the most dangerous being in the universe. He is a cruel, rutheless, and power-hungry galactic warlord. In almost all encounters, he operates with his main goal of acquiring the Omnitrix and using its technology to build an army capable of conquering the entire universe. He can easily lose a grudge, and while having gone partially insane, he recovered from it after about 4 years.

Intergalactic Warlord

He is sure he's the best of the Rescue Bot Recruits, and will take any chance to prove it. As such there is a rivalry between him and Hot Shot; he is typically the one to criticize his class despite often regretting it later down. He has a kind heart, and had self-confidence issues. He can be arrogant, though holds an admiration for Bumblebee. In attempt to follow his idol's footsteps, he shares Bee's sense of responsibility.

A hyperactive wisecracker, Bumblebee is quite convinced he's the fastest—and coolest—thing on four wheels. He has a tendency to bite off more than he can chew, so it's a good thing he pals around with the massive Bulkhead. They disapprove of Emperor Belos forcing witches to join covens and stealing magic, which was why they worked hard to become a Coven Head and find people who wanted to change things, starting the small rebellion known as the Bards Against the Throne (aka the BATs).

He use his sensors to spy all Decepticons and Autobots to gain information for Lord Megatron to info him of traders and Autobot schemes. Soundwave is the Decepticon mostly silent Communications Officer. He hardly talks in his own voice, so instead he playbacks uses other's words or phrases to communicate to others, hiding his face with a mask that displays images and soundwaves of recordings. Another trait is that he has unquestionable loyalty to Megatron unlike some others.

Alhaitham is a member of the Haravatat of the Sumeru Akademiya and the Akademiya's Scribe, responsible for documenting their findings and drafting ordinances. Despite his brilliance, people within the Akademiya are perplexed by Alhaitham due to his unwillingness to aspire for higher office in spite of his egocentricity, and many have been at odds with him for his uncompromising view on rationality and the truth.

Admonishing Instruction

Timid by nature, Blades is acrophobic dedpite is aerial alt-mode of a helicopter. He would much rather be consuming Earth pop cukture than living a life of adventure; though his emotional sensitivity makes him empathetic to those in danger and push past fears to rescue. Working with Dani Burns has resulted in a streak of genuine courage.

Rescue Bot and Teacher

Ben is shown to be serious about the hero business to the point where it is nearly obsessive; he spent most of his time as XLR8 skimming his patrol routes and brutalizing criminals as quickly as he could, rarely appearing as human. He stopped naming his aliens and stayed this way for 15 years. He can doubt his abilities as a parent and become over-protective, and despite his change to being more light-hearted and relaxed, Ben still has a ferocious temper should his family be harmed, however.

Wielder of the Biomnitrix

Despite some childish attitude, Ben was heroic, caring and generally good-natured, always willing to save others at any time even at the risk of himself. Over the years, Ben has displayed good leadership skills, as well as the ability to adapt his attitude to a situation, becoming serious when it's called for.

Prior to turning against Azmuth, Albedo was an eccentric genius that was respectful of him, concerned for others' safety, while still having a sense of superiority when it came to intellect. Presently, Albedo is arrogant, egotistical, ambitious, and bitter. He is unaccepting of Ben's right to use the Omnitrix. He holds animosity towards Azmuth. Being a scientist, he speaks with a larger vocabulary- though in a cold and condescending manner. He refuses to take blame for his actions

Galvan Stuck In a Human Form

Sentinel was once one of the impulsive-types until a disastrous "unsanctioned" mission he'd suggested with best friends Optimus Prime and Elita-1 ended in the loss of Elita. Though both 'bots grieved, Sentinel blamed Optimus for abandoning her. He placed his anger on his former friend and drove himself to climb the ranks into the Cybertron Elite Guard through strict adherence to military protocol. The end result is someone Autobots' greatest assets but is such a jerk it's hard to see how

The team leader of the Rescue Bots, Heatwave was given his position because of how deeply he cares for his team and their mission. However, he is a bot of action at heart, and sometimes has little patience for anything he sees as getting in the way of his mission, including staying in disguise as non-sentient vehicles and working with human partners. He partners with the other Rescue Bots and, Kade and Cody Burns, though he and Kade are frequently at odds as their egos clash.

Jet is highly arrogant, confident and conceited with a massive ego, considering himself the fastest of all and holding everyone else in low regard, and often brags about and showcases his skills on his Extreme Gear to enforce his superiority to others. While he is willing to praise others' skills, he usually makes his compliments short before following them up with an insult. Over time though, Jet has matured somewhat and become more of a sport

Robin is a natural-born leader. He is heroic, noble, kind, selfless, stoic, stubborn, brooding and usually serious in tone, but has had a fair number of funny moments. His personality is closer to Batman's; serious, stern, strict and obsessed with hunting down criminals. Despite this, Robin does maintain a more relaxed, at times even playful side, which he sometimes expresses when the team is not actively engaged in crime fighting. His civilian identity is Dick Grayson, a Romani/Russian teen.

Starscream is disillusioned by his leader Megatron. It took a while for Starscream to come to grips with Megatron's faults, but there's no turning back. Megatron doesn't respect him. If following Megatron is the school of hard knocks, then Starscream is the valedictorian—but not without a few scars. Starscream may have once been compassionate, but all that has been replaced, with the lessons of Megatron's abuse. Starscream's nominal Mini-Con partner is Swindle

Decepticon and Autobot

During his time as the Golden Guard, Hunter acted authoritative and confident in the persona, while praising the cause of Emperer Belos. He was, however, more laid-back and easygoing than Emperor Belos, sometimes comedic and snarky in his dialogue. Hunter was presumed to be the nephew of Belos and as such, he was dedicated to his cause of ending all wild magic in the realm, but in reality, he is the latest version of the Golden Guard clones created by Belos to serve him in his mad quest.
